Deliveries

Active Sports Nutrition Deliveries

All orders will be dispatched within 24hrs of cleared payment excluding orders placed over the weekend. These orders will be dispatched first thing Monday. If for any reason there is a delay with your order you will be contacted straight away.

MAINLAND UK

How long will my order take to be delivered

All deliveries will take a maximum of 1 to 2 working days but on most occassions we will try our best to get your order there much sooner where most of our deliveries are actually received the following working day however on busier periods may take up to the 2 working day.

We at Active Sports are always here to help. To ensure all deliveries run smoothly and no extra charges occur for a missed delivery if you have not received your parcel within 2 days of ordering please call us so we can work together to ensure your parcel isn’t returned to us. UK Mail and Royal Mail hold onto parcels for 5 days after a delivery is attempted so to make sure you haven’t missed a delivery please contact us asap.

Please make sure that all delivery information is correct as if a parcel is delivered to the wrong address or the item is not signed for at the address you have given and we have to make a collection on your behalf you will be charged a sum of £9.99 for all mistakes to be rectified with our courier and for a re-delivery to take place. If you do not want to request a re-delivery you will be refunded the cost of the item minus the £9.99 fee for the incorrect delivery. These charges will also occur if a parcel is returned to us because nobody is present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel and nobody contacts our courier to arrange a pick up or re-delivery and the parcel is returned to us . Deliveries will be made any time between 8am and 6pm

PLEASE NOTE

Parcel Force will send you your tracking details via e-mail and if you leave a mobile phone number will also text you with a 1hr delivery window.


If a delivery is attempted at your address but no one is there to collect your parcel a card should be put through your letter box. If a card isn’t put through your door and the parcel is returned to us a charge of £9.99 will occur from us but you may post a claim with 
Parcel Force to claim back your charge. You will only qualify for this claim if no card is put through your letter box. Under no circumstances will ACTIVE SPORTS NUTRITION post a claim on your behalf and we cannot guarantee your claim will be successful.

We do need to state that it is the customer ™s responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can ACTIVE SPORTS NUTRITION SUPPLIES Ltd or Parcel Force be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver. In addition I regret that Parcel Force staff (drivers, depot staff or account managers) will not be able to call the customer under any circumstances.

NORTHERN IRELAND,

With regards to Northern Ireland all orders leave us via Parcle Force 48 hour.

ORDERS OVER £500 - FREE 

ORDERS OVER £150 BUT UNDER £500 - FLAT FEE £9.99 + VAT

ORDERS UNDER £150 - £14.99 + VAT 

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND BRITISH ISLANDS DELIVERY CHARGES

PLEASE NOTE - THESE AREAS ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO DELIVERY FEES REGARDLESS OF ORDER VALUE. The term British Islands occurs to Islands or isles that are separated from the British Mainland by any form of water where a delivery car, van or lorry cannot reach by land.

With any delivery area classed as any of the above we dont offer a free delivery option. Delivery fees are based on the order size due to the weight and number of boxes. If you order is a full pallet you will be charged a set pallet price.

 What if your goods arrive damaged

If by the very rare chance your goods are damaged during transit upon delivery we ask that if there is visible damage upon collection to reject the parcel or sign for the parcel as damaged. For us to process a claim and send you out a replacement item we will then need to be provided with photographic evidence of the damaged product and may need to arrange for the courier the collect the parcel back from you or the courier may need to come back to inspect the parcel at your property. If no evidence can be provided as proof of damage and if the courier has no access to view the damaged parcel your claim will be rejected and no replacement will be sent.

I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?

We want all of our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting Customer Services.

In some circumstances we may require an image of the damaged item in order for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by Customer Services.

 I have received an incorrect item, what shall I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can. Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode of the incorrect item you have received.  

I have an item missing from my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received a short delivery, please contact Customer Services as soon as you can.

We may require an image of the packing you received your order in to help with our investigation.

Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
